I'm really not sure what my fate in the future is, but I know I wish for certain things. Let me tell you about a dilemma I face numerous times every year!
No matter how little one wants to do because they know the end rewards are plentiful (freedom). Well, after all, this is prison and one knows what is expected of them if they don't look to be prey!
It is such as being between a 'rock and a hard place' for you want to be positive for that future reward, but you must live for this moment as well. Right this moment dictates how that path to the future will be.
A lot of times when I know I must make a stance it is as if I'm wishing for the opposites. You see, I want to come out of my cell and do as much damage as possible to the problem that stands before me. Then, another part of me is silently praying to God for him to intervene making anything happen that only he can! In other words, I ask God to intervene in a way where I won't be able to confront my enemy. Not because I'm afraid of the violence, but because I know it puts my future in jeopardy. God usually answers in a positive manner with his intervention and the problem has time to be worked out with diplomacy, while cooler heads prevail.
It is little things like this that keeps the belief of God within my heart. Now, if one asked what about the past when he didn't intervene? I didn't silently call upon him during those times for on each shoulder stood the voice of the devil.
Remember I told you as a child I'd be covered from head to toe with my blanket and every body part that could be crossed (fingers, toes, legs, arms, etc.) was as I silently prayed to God. I prayed that my stepfather wouldn't beat me. Maybe when God didn't answer it was because the punishment fit the mischief!
Anyway, that is my theory on God at this particular time. It is a shame that we usually believe more when good things happen for reasons we're unable to explain?
My correction counselor once again came to see me about a transfer to a medium security prison. These requests are sent from Albany (where the Department of Corrections main campus is) and if nothing at all, it is like I'm silently being praised for good behavior because even though I am in a maximum security prison, my classification is medium security.
Anyway, this time it was for 'preference transfer' meaning I get to pick a particular area of New York State I like to go. Of course, guys from the New York City area request mediums down there, but here is James Morgan's logic.
I told my counselor I'll take any medium for if I'm sent to one I'll be grateful for just that in itself. I also know Albany will not send me to a medium that has a reputation for trouble. These people are far from stupid and they know what they are doing.
In any event, this month is two years without any kind misbehavior. I'm proud of my own accomplishment for I know it's a volatile world where it is easy to get into trouble. Hey, don't even ask how some inmates do 25,30, or more years without any misbehavior! One consonant I find is that it doesn't mean their good behavior is rewarded with the release. That is paroles' inconsistency! I know I always seek answers in my life, but some things are unexplained.
Like Heaven? I once asked Mr. Thieben if he believed in heaven and his answer, "well Jimmy, no one has ever come back to tell me about it!" You see Nelly, if you were to look at statistics there aren't many inmates alive that serve 30 or more years. There are only a handful and a lot have been sentenced to where they have to do 30 years and more. Out of New York State's 50,000+ inmates, less than 100 have 30 or more years in. It isn't nothing to be praised for, but I see it as the opposite to what Mr. Thieben said, "I'll be back to tell many about hell". It just may be my purpose in life- to use- ALL of this as a device/ tool to deter others from this path. I guess we'll see?
I praise you for being able to make out my letters because sometimes when I read over what I wrote, I have problems making it out!!
I sent you a copy of my disciplinary history. Note that it starts in 1989 because this is when the state began using computers! Before that (1984 to 1988) is all written by hand and unfortunately, the state still has record of it.

I hear that inmates who have done heinous crimes still frown on people who harm children. The pedophiles are really the lowest of the low.

She says that “pedophilia is not crime…. It’s part of gender identity.” Ms. Houghton is completely deranged to conflate gender identity with molesting children.
Ms. Houghton has her own private gang that is stalking and assaulting me because I am trying to protect my kids. Would anyone in prison try to kill a parent that doesn’t want their kids to be raped? It doesn’t seem likely to me. There are standards there that Valerie Runyan Houghton doesn’t have.

District Attorney Jeff Rosen is protecting Ms. Houghton. He allows her to assault parents and sex traffic children. You can see how he abuses the legal process here:

Mr. Rosen is not a good person. He knows about the sexual abuse of my children, and could care less.
Rosen also knows about the severe injuries that Ms. Houghton’s goons have inflicted to me.
If sex trafficking 4 of my kids wasn’t enough, now Ms. Houghton has included my youngest daughter (from another mother) in her sex trafficking scheme. Said daughter was put in the legal custody of a man that previously drugged and raped a teen.

Law enforcement doesn’t seem to care. Would this type of conduct be tolerated among incarcerated inmates?
Valerie Houghton’s daughter, Hillary Applegate, helps with the hacking. She used to work for WomenSV. This was a sham charity that would dupe DV victims into leaving behind their phones that were subsequently hacked. They also worked with nefarious lawyers.

Now Ms. Applegate is flying solo, using a shell company to process payments and declare an income. She works with many lawyers in Silicon Valley to create chaos and prolong cases. This is often done without disclosure to the parties.
Just see what Hillary Applegate and Valerie Houghton did to Daya Baran after he discovered that someone was molesting his toddler daughter. He was hacked, stalked and POISONED after trying to stop the abuse. The pigmentation in his face was damaged and he became a diabetic when he tried to stop the abuse.

Valerie Houghton has previously worked with lawyers from Allan & Martelle.
ReplyDeleteHeather Allan was appointed to be guardian ad litem to Violet Brook’s three young girls. Those girls were being sexually molested by their father.
Ms. Houghton was brought into the case as an “expert witness.” She made sure that the sexual abuse continued. Had the sexual abuse been properly addressed, custody would have been settled and the lawyers would have stopped making money. Valerie Houghton once told me that she was “worth her weight in gold.” She also referred to my kids as “ATM machines.”
Those poor girls had to wait until they all turned 18 to address the abuse in court.

Sexual abuse seems to be an ongoing theme with Valerie Houghton and her daughter. With all the things that Ms. Houghton says, I believe that she could be a pedophile.
You really cannot report that your children are being sexually abused if Valerie Houghton is on your case. She simply won’t let a parent protect their children.
ReplyDeleteValerie Houghton posted something on her personal blog about sexual assaults and the rate of dripline being “abysmal.” Ms. Houghton posted this a couple of months after I told her that my ex-wife was letting a man rape my 13-year-old son.
Ms. Houghton asks, “Could the rate of discipline be relevant to victims reporting?”
Then she writes that her post was “created by workplace answers.”
She also includes a hashtag of Audrie Pott's suicide. Potts was a teen in Santa Clara County that killed herself after being sexually assaulted. This is notable because my son became suicidal after being raped.

ReplyDeleteJaime Terpko’s child reported to her school that she was being sexually abused. This led to Valerie Houghton being appointed minor’s counsel.
Ms. Houghton obtained a restraining order on behalf of the children that prevented Ms. Terpko from contacting her children. The abuser then had sole custody and unfettered access to the children.

Houghton also tried to get the mother to submit to a psychological evaluation. The mother wisely refused to do this. This happened to me, as well. Ms. Houghton had stated to me that she would tamper with the assessment.
When I refused to meet with a psychologist, the assaults only intensified. Eventually a report was submitted to the record. It cleared Ms. Houghton of all of her criminal conduct. I never met or spoke with Dr. Lyn Mangiameli.
All though he also never spoke with my kids, Dr. Mangiameli also stated in the aforementioned report that my kids were never sexually abused.
